About Birthday Parties & Baby Showers
Picnic Area
The picnic area is available on a first come, first served basis only. Reservations are required in advance for all parties over 10 guests. We ask for a $10 per person donation at the time of the event. Please see the guidelines for use. For additional information, reach out to us at info@jacksonvillearboretum.org.
Pavilion
For small parties up to 50, Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens offers the rental rate schedule below for use for this type event.
Special Notes and FAQs
The Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is not responsible for “Acts of God”, including, but not limited to inclement weather, tree falls, lightning, wind, rain, etc. Outdoor rentals are “fair weather” affairs, and it is the responsibility of the renting party to make alternative arrangements in the event of inclement weather.
